Handcrafted organic CACAO NIBS from the Caribbean Bribri region of Costa Rica, made from ecologically cultivated, chemical-free cacao produced by indigenous women using ancestral techniques. They are sun-dried, naturally fermented, and wood-fire roasted by hand, then packed in an airtight hermetic bag with valve to preserve freshness. Our CACAO NIBS come from sustainably grown Trinitario and Criollo varieties harvested in Costa Rica.
